If you need to change your GWVPS account settings, like your name, email address, or password, you can use your Settings page.

I can't log in to my GWVPS account

• Make sure you're using the right email address.
• Try resetting your password.

My email address isn't working

• You used a different address when you made your GWVPS account. If you have a different email address, try using that one.
• You mistyped your email address when you made your GWVPS account. Try entering common typos or variations on your email address.

A course I enrolled in is missing from my account

If you can't find a new course after you enroll, check your Enrollments tab for a list of your enrolled courses.

To start Learning on GWVPS, you'll need to set up an account.

To make a GWVPS account:

1. Go to gwvpslearners.com
2. At the top of the page, click Get Started.
3. Choose whether you want to provide a name, email, and password or link your GWVPS account to your Facebook profile, Google account or Twitter Using Sign In. 

If you choose to create a new GWVPS account with a name, email, and password, your password needs to be 8 characters or longer.

Once you create your account, you can change your account settings any time.

To change your GWVPS account settings:

1. Go to gwvpslearners.com
2. sign in your Account
3. Click Settings.
4. Make the changes you want like Name, Upload Profile Photo, Submit Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter URL, then click Update Profile.

If you're already logged in to your GWVPS account, you can change your password using your Settings page.

If you forgot your GWVPS password, you can reset it.

To reset your password:

1. Open the Reset Password
2. Enter the email address you use with your GWVPS account.
3. We'll send you an email to change your GWVPS password. If you don't get an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

After you change or reset your password, you may need to clear your browser before using your new password.
